Hey all...yeah we know it's never easy to talk about money.  But talking about and being honest about your wedding budget is crucial.

It is important to have a clear idea of how much you are willing to spend before you start making any decisions.

The word budget can mean something different to each wedding couple. The definition of a budget is "an amount of money that is available for, required for, or assigned to a particular purpose." When it comes to weddings, your budget may include everything from the cost of the venue and catering to the cost of your wedding dress and flowers. For some, it may be a set dollar amount that they are willing to spend on the entire wedding. Others may have a more flexible budget that allows them to spend more in certain areas and less in others. Having a budget does not mean that the wedding is any less luxurious or DIY, it simply allows couples to be more mindful of their spending and make choices that are in line with their overall vision for the day.

There are a few different ways that you can go about setting up your wedding budget.

- Decide how much you are willing to spend. This is the first and most important step. You need to have a clear idea of your budget before you start making any decisions.

- Make a list of all the costs associated with weddings. This includes things like the venue, catering, flowers, decorations, music, etc.

- Determine which costs are most important to you. This will help you prioritize your spending and make sure that you are getting the most important things for your money.

- Start making decisions based on your budget. Once you have a clear idea of what you can afford, you can start to narrow down your options and make more informed decisions.

-Be honest with your wedding pros about what you can and can't afford.  It saves stress and heartache in the long run.

If you are looking for some help setting up your wedding budget, then look no further! Our team at Fabuluxe Events has years of experience and can help you figure out your wedding budget. Hey y'all!  So every now and then the stars align and you get to help one of your best friends plan his wedding!  Todd and I met several years ago as he was the Event Designer for one of our weddings in Palm Beach.  We found that we worked the same way and had a lot of things in common.  And over the years Todd has become one of my closest friends.  He met Antonio a couple of years ago through friends...and the rest, as they say, is history!  These two are so in love and it was such an incredible honor to be able to help them create their wedding day!

PS Check out their recessional and the lightsaber surprise.  Antonio loves Star Wars so we surprised him with the lightsabers and the Star Wars Theme Music as they exited the ceremony!

We are now and will always be Proud Allies of our LGBTQI friends, partners and couples.  Love is love and everyone deserves to find their "person".

All of this magic was made possible the incredible vendor team below:

Hello out there!  It's been a hot minute...and that's because we have been creating so many magical weddings!  Danielle and Nick's wedding has such a special place in our hearts.  Exactly five years prior, we worked with Danielle's sister, Dina, to create her magical wedding day.  Having a family ask to you to be part of their wedding for a second time, is honestly the most incredible honor we could possibly receive!  I am so sad they don't have any more sisters.  ;-).

We had an incredible team of wedding pros who created an entire weekend of fabulous luxury.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to:

It was a dream team!

Enjoy the fun photos from the day!  This group was full of emotions but knew how to party and have a great time!

We continue to be incredibly blessed and thankful for all of our couples' and families' trust in us.  Working with Danielle and Nick on their wedding was such a labor of love.  It was incredible to catch up with her sister and husband, after 5 years.  And another 2020 Fabuluxe Couple, were in attendance.  3 of our most favorite couples in one place was just humbling.

The entire team is proud to be Creating Fabulously Luxurious Weddings and Events all over South Florida!

Cheers,

We are excited to share Leeann and Matt's fantastic wedding at Jupiter Beach Resort.  But first a little bit of a story.  I met Leeann and Matt in 2019.  They always wanted a summer 2021 wedding.  And then Covid arrived in our lives.  Our plan was to stay the course and just take it all one day at a time.  We kept going with wedding weekend planning.  Matt continued his job as a golf pro and Leeann and kept working as a veterinarian.  We were jamming along. Bridesmaid dresses were ordered.  And then the company from which we ordered them went out of business due to covid.  Ok, so creative thinking we were able to order direct from the manufacturer.  All was good until the DHL that was taking the dresses to their processing center caught on fire.  Yep, that's right folks bridesmaid dresses were destroyed in a DHL truck fire.  Definitely a first for this wedding planner.  Thankfully the manufacturer was able to make and resend them quickly.  So let that be a lesson to order things early!

And the beachfront welcome party with fabulous steel drummer.  Perfection for a summer South Florida night.

What made Leeann and Matt's wedding so incredible was all of the personal touches.

Their knot tying ceremony was perfectly them and symbolized the strength of their relationship.

She was the third generation bride in her family to use the same cake topper.

There were chocolate recreations of their doggies peaking out the cake.

Leeann's bespoke cowboy boots were fire. Did we mention that they live in Texas?!

Her custom denim jacket was the perfect compliment to her boots.

All the groomsmen were given socks that had pictures of Matt's face on them.   ;-)

The poem her dad wrote for he and recited during his speech, made everyone at the reception cry.

Matt and Leeann named their signature cocktails after their doggies.

They shared so many beautiful family photos on their memory table.  We loved seeing wedding photos from multiple generations in their families.

And the blue smoke during their sunset photos was the perfect against the waning light of the evening.

And the chocolates from Hoffman's Chocolates that were the favors for each guest were so yummy!

All of these little details are what makes a wedding unique and personal.  All of their guests left the wedding feeling as though they got to know a little bit more about them. Everyone had an incredible weekend and that's what it's all about.  People came from near and far to share in their love and witness them making a lifetime commitment to each other.  And that my friends is what all of this is all about!

As always it takes an incredible team to create such memories.  We want to thank all of the following:
