This is a great time of year to talk about bridal beauty and how you can achieve it for your wedding day.  We believe that bridal beauty comes from the inside and outside.  It's not all about having your make up and hair done.

Planning your wedding can be really stressful and that stress can take a toll on your body.  So here are some (pretty obvious) reminders that will help you keep less stressed and become part of your beauty routine.

1.  Drink lots of water...it will keep you healthy and your skin will stay hydrated.

2.  Try to exercise - not only does this help keep your stress levels down it helps you get that rocking body for your big day.  Try a bridal boot camp or even just walk around your neighborhood for 30 minutes each day.

3.  Get 8 hours of sleep each night..again this helps your stress levels and will help eliminate those tired circles from forming underneath your eyes.
